UPPER TRAPEZIUS STRETCH

While seated, grab the underside of your chair with one hand and gently lean your head to the opposite side to feel the stretch. Hold for 20 seconds. Then switch and repeat on the other side.

ASSISTED UPPER TRAPEZIUS

Place your opposite hand firmly on the shoulder of the side you need to stretch. The weight of your head will deepen the stretch more than just tilting your head to the side. Repeat for the other side.
